After intercepting a drug shipment from Thailand and discovering five bodies in the illegal cargo, Special Agent Andrew Kang (D.Y. Sao) arrests the Los Angeles-based agent (Brian Le) of the international drug cartel and impersonates him to go undercover in the Bangkok underworld. But as he tries to gain the trust of superiors in the gang's inner circle, the line between cop and criminal becomes increasingly blurred, and he - and his agency - wonders if he's in too deep to ever get out alive.
