Ok I just finished this show and I still don't understand why people gave it low ratings. It should get at least 8-8.5. I was very skeptical about watching this because of the low ratings and not so good reviews, but I'll try a few episodes and decide later. I've seen the movie Lincoln Lawyer and we all loved Matthew McConaughey, so Manuel Garcia-Rulfo seemed like the wrong actor.

Big name but he's really good as The Lincoln Lawyer

I think one of the reasons why not enough people watch this show is because he doesn't watch the show either. I liked his performance and I don't know him much so will definitely check out his other work. And regarding the show it has all the ingredients of a crime thriller drama, acting, pacing and production are all good. If you like BOSCH or other court shows try it and you will love it.
